Due Diligence and Notarial Process

Once the Compromis is signed, the notaire conducts all legal verifications. This includes reviewing the title, checking boundaries, confirming compliance with urban planning, and identifying any easements or restrictions.

The notaire acts as a neutral legal authority, representing both parties and ensuring the integrity of the transaction. You do not need to manage this yourself, we stay involved throughout, helping respond to any requests and ensuring the timeline is respected. This step typically takes between two and three months.
