When all verifications are complete, the notaire schedules the Acte de Vente, the final sales deed. You may attend in person or sign by proxy, depending on your availability.
The buyer transfers the remaining funds at this stage. The notaire then disburses the money, handles any taxes or fees, and records the change of ownership with the land registry.
Once complete, you receive your proceeds and the sale is officially closed. We remain available even after the transaction, should you need help with what comes next.
