Offer Received and Compromis de Vente

When a serious buyer makes an offer, we guide you through the negotiation and help define the terms. Once there is mutual agreement, the notaire prepares the Compromis de Vente, a preliminary contract that legally binds both parties.
At this stage, the buyer typically transfers a 10% deposit, which is held in escrow by the notaire. The contract may include certain conditions, such as financing clauses or a specified closing timeline.
We work closely with the notaire to ensure your interests are protected and that all terms are clearly defined.
